Markets are open on time mentioned below to complete recovery site testing. So, you will be able to execute any non-Intraday Equity & Equity Derivatives transactions.

Why are markets active on Saturday?
Exchange is conducting a special live trading session to test switch-over of operations from Primary site to Disaster Recovery site.
This is being done to be ready during unforeseen conditions where actual switch from Primary site to Disaster Recovery site will be required.

Important points to note:

• Funds for shares sold on Friday (19th Jan’24) will be credited to you on Monday (22nd Jan’24)
• Shares bought on Friday (19th Jan’24) cannot be sold on Saturday (20th Jan’24)
• All securities (including those on which derivative products are available) will have a maximum price band of 5%. So in case you place AMO orders, ensure they are in the 5% price band
• You will be not able to place intra-day order on 20th Jan
• Non executed Session 1 orders will be automatically cancelled before start of Session 2
